HANDYMAN & INSTALLATION SERVICES
Plumbing and fixtures: Toilet replacement, faucet replacement and repair, garbage disposal replacement, sink installation, plumbing fixture adjustments, and basic drain maintenance.
Home installations: TV mounting, shelves, closet organizers, cabinet hardware, lighting fixture and ceiling fan installation, switches and outlets where permitted, furniture and accessory assembly.
Repairs and finish work: Door repairs and alignment, drywall patches, texture matching, tile and backsplash repairs, kitchen and bath caulking, interior trim, touch-up painting, and general home maintenance.
Already have your fixture or product? Tell us what you purchased, or ask for help sourcing a suitable item. Product purchase and exact installation pricing are confirmed through your service request; online product checkout is not yet available.
HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANING SERVICES
Request recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly housekeeping, one-time deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, window and appliance cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and tile or grout cleaning.
Service frequency, home size, supplies and scope are confirmed before quoting. These services can be requested individually and may also be included in eligible annual plan benefits.
LAWN, YARD & SEASONAL CARE
À la carte requests include mowing, edging and trimming, seasonal yard cleanup, leaf pickup and removal, aeration, fertilization and weed control where available, gutter cleaning, and snow shoveling or salting.
Availability, property size, weather conditions and service pricing are confirmed individually. Some seasonal services may be included in particular annual plans under the applicable agreement.
PRODUCT + INSTALLATION INQUIRIES
Common product categories: TV wall mounts; kitchen and bathroom faucets; toilets and toilet components; garbage disposals; shelving and organizers; cabinet hardware; light fixtures and ceiling fans.

ANNUAL WHOLE-HOME SERVICE PLANS
Choose Basic, Standard or Premium coverage for coordinated annual home maintenance.
Basic: Original program includes inspection, deep cleaning, filter services and minor repairs.
Standard: Expands cleaning and introduces yard service and leaf cleanup.
Premium: Expands coverage further and identifies snow service, remodeling consultations and priority scheduling.
