Randy has more than 25 years of experience in construction, having worked in all areas of the building process. He got his start in new homes as a crew leader for a large home builder. His many years of hands-on experience helps ensure projects are well planned and executed to deliver a high-quality product. Randy’s craftsmanship is hard to beat, whether it is something that will be seen every day or the framing of a wall that will never be seen.

Clean
Most of our jobs involve getting to the studs, which means the job can be messy and may take weeks to complete. We strive to ensure our clients’ space remains clean throughout. This means being sure the space clean at the end of the day and taking precautions to wall of space to prevent dust from getting into the other spaces.

Transparent
Of course, high-quality craftsmanship is critical, too. With our experience and attention to detail, the team is able to select and use the right products for each job. For example, we use a special shower pan material, Hydro-Blok, when finishing bathrooms because they know that traditional mud pans don’t provide the level of waterproofing needed to protect their clients’ investment from water damage over the life of their bathroom.

Quality
As a project moves along its important that our client have a clear understanding of what is going on with their project. We also are in constant communication, including regular walk-throughs so the client can see what work is being completed and there are no surprises. Clients will also be given a dashboard that provides them 24/7 access to their project where they can track progress.
