The Reid Project.
This project was a main floor makeover with the primary focus being a new kitchen. It boasts plenty of cabinet space including a walk in pantry, a pass through window to the deck, and nearly 120sqft. of countertop space. We refaced the double sided fireplace, and refinished the hardwood floor.
The Grant & Van White Project
What was supposed to be a simple tub and tile replacement turned into a full master bathroom remodel. As is sometimes the case, an issue was lurking underneath the bathtub. Unbeknown to the homeowners, there was serious wood rot around the tub. So what began as a simple update turned into this amazing full master remodel that includes a stand alone soaking tub, new shower, and double vanity with brass fixtures. This is an update that will stand the test of time and won’t suffer from another wood rot issue.
The Bluffs Master Bath
The Bluffs Master Bath was a complete overhaul of the space. The original master bathroom included a small shower, double vanity, and 8×5 walk-in closet. The new layout used space from a small bedroom to expand the closet to include 85+ feet of hanging space with an in-closet laundry room. The new master bath now boasts a wet room with our Grand Infiniti Niche over the soaking tub and an inviting double vanity topped with Carrara marble.
The Coves Master Bath
Its always a pleasure to be invited back into a home for another major renovation. The Coves Master Suite owner wanted a true getaway, which meant a major overhaul of the space from top to bottom. The job included turning a popcorn mess into a vaulted ceiling with shiplap and beams. The window in the master bathroom was enlarged to let more light into the space, an important feature when your soaking in your new stand alone tub under a new fire place. The tub sits on a new wide plank wood floor that extends into the master bedroom and this master suite includes a large marble covered shower with a Trends specialty niche.
Weatherby Lake Addition
This addition at Weatherby Lake includes a home fitness room, modern farmhouse bathroom, and patio with hot tub. This addition included pouring the cement foundation up to the roof and everything in between. What an amazing fitness center addition to this beautiful Weatherby home!

Blue House
This was one of our first projects at Weatherby Lake. The project was a whole home remodel including moving and expanding windows, a real challenge on a brick house. We also had to update the old knob and tube electric. Additionally, we expanded the square footage of the home and converted it to an open floor plan. The additional space came from converting the covered patio to the new gourmet kitchen and the former kitchen, dining room, and half bath on the first floor were converted to the master suite. With an expanded footprint, massive windows overlooking the lake, and upgraded outdoor space the old Blue House is now a true gem on Weatherby Lake.

Avilla
Avilla was one of the highlights of 2019. The owner desired a master bath remodel that was to feature a show piece shower that delivered a spa like experience. The bathroom is a large bathroom, made larger by removing the closet. The shower one of our favorite jobs we’ve done. It features a rain head in the ceiling, 6 body sprays, and even works as a steam shower. Also notice the amazing recessed shelf…one of our specialties. The greatest challenge of the job was getting all the shower heads and valves laid out symmetrically on the tile. Along with the shower we replaced the drop in jet tub with a stand alone tub and a new vanity. The result speaks for itself.
Eastside Drive
Weatherby Lake is favorite neighborhood at Trends. Eastside Drive included updating the upstairs bathroom, the master bathroom, and creating a 1/2 bathroom in the basement. It was important to the homeowners that the basement bathroom seamlessly fit in with the existing space. We had to cut out the concrete to add a drain for the toilet and sink. We also updated the bar with a new countertop and backsplash.

Barry Harbour
After a long week of work and running the kids around what you need is a break. Imagine a cold winter Friday night. Its snowing outside and you are tired from a long week of work and running the family around town. You draw a hot bath, pour a glass of wine, and sink into your jet tub underneath your fireplace. This wetroom turned out amazing. What was once a carpet laden blah bathroom is now an amazing retreat for the homeowners. The greatest challenge at Barry Harbour was the granite top that wrapped the tub and the bench top in the shower. The result is simply stunning!
